I dont live in North Carolina, can I still work with you?

Yes!  If filing with insurance visits will need to be conducted in my office. But if you will be paying out of pocket we can conduct sessions over the phone or via Skype, whichever best suits your needs.



Do you accept insurance?

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Plans vary but nutrition services may be covered for just the cost of a copay or even free. Before scheduling you are advised to check with your insurance company regarding nutrition benefits. 

If you have a different insurance I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I encourage you to talk to your insurance company prior to your appointment to familiarize yourself with what is covered and to find out if you need a referral from your physician.

Should I consider a package?

Making sustainable changes takes time. It involves small steps and often requires support. Working with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist on a regular basis is an effective way to build healthy habits and create a sustainable new lifestyle. Packages are an economical option as they offer a discount over A’ la carte pricing.
