I make a version of this smoothie every morning for my husband and sons. I change the fruits or the juice based on what I have on hand. It is a very healthy and tasty way to get a start to the day. It contains probiotic yogurt as well as prebiotic bananas, berries,flax seeds, chia seeds and milk.
